Our names are Kevin & Roxy Loomes, the owners of CleanPro - a family owned business, who used to run a franchise for a national company. Whilst running this we won 2 coveted awards - the Technical Excellence Award and Franchisee of the Year Award, which took time effort and dedication particularly towards client satisfaction & expert knowledge.

Despite the success we wanted to run a business that was not constricted by what to do and what to use, which wasn't the best scenario! We felt that we owed it to our clients to offer so much more, and so left that aspect of our operation behind.

Our company is a certified firm of the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the world leading certification and educational body for the cleaning and restoration industry (www.iicrc.co.uk). We are also members of the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA) the UK’s leading industry standard. (www.ncca.co.uk).
